1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, and by placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or place an order.

2. Nature of the platform

This website is operated as a personal creator platform. The software that powers it (referred to here as the platform) is provided only as a neutral venue that allows an independent artist or creator (referred to here as the Creator) to publish work and to receive payments. The platform is not a store, is not the merchant of record, and does not sell, produce, ship, or fulfill any item. The platform provides no customer support and maintains no customer service function of any kind. All content, products, communications, and fulfillment are the sole responsibility of the Creator.

3. Payments are gratuity and are non-refundable

All payments made through this website are voluntary. Any amount you pay is treated as gratuity to the Creator to help cover the cost of creating and sharing the work. A payment is not the purchase of a right, guarantee, or warranty. All payments are final. There are no refunds of any kind, for any reason, whether the order is for a digital item, a physical item, an application license, or a voluntary contribution. By completing a payment you acknowledge that you are giving a gratuity of your own free will and that you are not entitled to a refund, chargeback, or credit.

4. It is your decision

The decision to place an order and to send a payment is yours alone. You are responsible for deciding whether an item or a body of work is worth the amount you choose to give. You are encouraged to review everything available to you before you pay. Once a payment is made, the decision cannot be reversed.

5. Issues, dissatisfaction, and damaged items

If you are unhappy with anything you receive, or if a physical item arrives damaged, your recourse is to contact the Creator directly so that the two of you can work it out between yourselves. The Creator may, at the Creator's sole discretion, choose to help resolve the matter. This is a matter strictly between you and the Creator. The platform has no obligation to mediate, resolve, replace, refund, or otherwise involve itself in any dispute, and bears no responsibility for the outcome.

6. Conduct

Placing an order does not entitle you to abuse, harass, threaten, or otherwise mistreat the Creator. Communication with the Creator must remain civil. The Creator may decline to engage with, and may end any relationship with, any person who behaves otherwise.

7. Digital items and licenses

Digital items and application licenses are made available for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share files or license keys except as the Creator expressly permits. A license may be bound to a device and may be limited in the number of activations.

8. Physical items

Where a physical item is offered, shipping is arranged by the Creator. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Any issue with a physical item is handled under Section 5.

9. No warranty

Everything on this website is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Neither the platform nor the Creator warrants that the website will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the platform, its operator, or the Creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the website or from any order. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual property

All work published on this website remains the property of the Creator or its respective owners. You receive no ownership of any work by paying a gratuity. You may not reproduce or distribute any work except as expressly permitted.

12. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version posted here at the time you place an order governs that order. Your continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
